Activision Coaching Institute celebrates its 20th Anniversary

On 18 October 2023, FEDORA's partner, Activision celebrated its 20th anniversary, bringing together alumni, partners, coaches and guests. The anniversary reception took place on the Seine aboard the Peniche "Le Son de la Terre," renowned for its breathtaking view of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.

Amidst the celebration, guests were treated to a presentation by Paul Delahaie, President and Co-Owner of Variations International, and Catherine Tanneau, CEO and Co-Owner of Variations International. They offered insights into Activision's evolution since its creation in 2003 in Lisbon, and up to its current activities across France, China, and Portugal.

The festivities continued with presentations from Activision partners, during which Edilia Gänz, Director of FEDORA and Thibault Gueho, Members and Development Coordinator at FEDORA, introduced the Pro-Bono Management Coaching project. It is a collaborative effort between FEDORA and Variations International that has been ongoing over the past three years, and through which one-on-one coaching is provided to members of the FEDORA network.
