FEDORA's Activities

On 17 November 2023, FEDORA hosted a special event at Oper Frankfurt, bringing together sponsors, partners, and donors. The Chagallsaal at Oper Frankfurt served as the venue for the initial reception, where the FEDORA team warmly welcomed guests.

Guests then enjoyed the performance of Fedora, directed by Christof Loy, and celebrating its 125th anniversary. The original performance, composed by Umberto Giordano, was first performed on that same day in 1898 at Teatro Lirico in Milan, Italy.

Following the opera, a reception took place in the Holzfoyer of Oper Frankfurt, catered by Restaurant "Lafleur**" with speeches delivered during the reception by Bernd Loebe, Intendant & Managing Director of the Frankfurt Opera, Jérôme-François Zieseniss, President of FEDORA, and Edilia Gänz, Director of FEDORA.

On 18 November 2023, guests attended a reception and a guided tour of the Kronberg Academy with Raimund Trenkler, Founder and Director of the Kronberg Academy. The concert hall showcases unparalleled innovation and uses cutting-edge technology to create an amazing acoustic experience. A small concert of the Bach Solo Suite was performed by one of the Kronberg Academy’s young soloists.
