Operadagen Rotterdam presented the FEDORA Platform on the occasion of their kick-off, on March 15th, 2018. The kick-off is a yearly event in which Operadagen Rotterdam presents the complete program of that year's festival edition. The Artistic director, Guy Coolen, spoke about the theme (Courage) and the content of the festival program. There were live performances from productions such as as Così, Beast, De dood - een gebruiksaanwijzing and Les Âmes Perdues. Nico Schaafsma presented the FEDORA Platform and also presented Operadagen's circle of friends and donors.

On Saturday, June 12th, together with Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Den Jyske Opera invited their audience to a free and festive opera concert under the open sky, where they could experience excerpts from both well-known classics and unknown opera treasures. The audience could enjoy excerpts from Carmen, La Bohème and Fête galante, performed by national and international soloists from the upcoming season: Ksenia Antonova, Christian Damsgaard, Randy Diamond, Sidsel Aja Eriksen, Morten Grove Frandsen, Trond Halstein Moe, Lena Haselmann and Laura Scherwitzl.

This year's Roadshow took place on the occasion of the Members and Patrons Season Preview.
It was a wonderful way for Sadler's Wells supporters to hear more about the season ahead, what to look out for and performances which are not to be missed as well as to learn more about the FEDORA Platform and its mission to support innovation and creativity in opera and ballet.
