On Thursday, May 24th, our Platform Member Kungliga Operan (Royal Swedish Opera), organised a fundraising event for its patrons and subscribers and for the Friends of the Royal Swedish Ballet in order to raise money for the point shoe costs for the Royal Swedish Ballet. The target of this fundraising campaign is 500,000 SEK (around €50,000) and will end on December 31st, 2018.
On this occasion, a ballet rehearsal was given, as well as a ballet class in to instruct in the use of point shoes.

This year's Roadshow organised by Teatro Real was organised during the general rehearsal of the opera Capriccio by Strauss.
During this special evening, the young members of the Friends of Teatro Real were invited to attend a presentation by Marisa Vázquez-Shelly about the vision and mission of the Fedora Platform.
