About the Platform Project
Every year, our 31 Platform Members from 15 countries implement in-person and online activities driving sustainability, inclusivity, and digital transformation across Europe while giving visibility to emerging artists.
FEDORA encourages cultural organisations to spread best sustainable, inclusive and digital initiatives, both locally and online, while simultaneously advocating for European values and strengthening the FEDORA Platform’s European Quality Label.
These activities are co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union that is helping to make opera and dance more accessible and innovative.

Muziektheater Transparant

The first Roadshow of the year was organized by Muziektheater Transparant on the occasion of the Avant-première "Every Ending". An innovative music theatre performance, made by young emerging artists under the TRANSLAB label of Muziektheater Transparant.

This event was held within their OperaFirst Project that aims at provide an opportunity for the children who have never attended an opera to experience it for the first time.

The first Roadshow of the Festival Aix-en-Provence took place during the new programme of the Academy, Opéra de-ci de-là that invites 20 young artists to create 4 mini-opera, between 7 and 10 minutes.

This year's Roadshow took place during the performance of LOVE Chapter two at the Théâtre National de Chaillot in Paris.
It was a great occasion to meet Sharon Eyal and discover more about the inspiration behind her coreographic work.
On the occasion of this year's Roadshow, Theater Magdeburg organised a singing workshop one hour before the performance of the interactive opera for children »Hoffmanns Erzählungen« (Tales of Hoffmann) by Jacques Offenbach.

This year's Roadshow event took place during the annual general assembly that provides the members an exclusive look behind the scenes and into the work of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden.
