Short Bio
Chloe Lamford received the Arts Foundation Fellowship for Design for Performance 2013. She is Associate Designer at the Royal Court Theatre, London, and a resident of Somerset House Studios. Theatre credits include: The Antipodes (Co-Director & Set and Costume Designer, National Theatre, London), Amadeus, Europe (Donmar Warehouse), The Duchess of Malfi (Almeida Theatre), Hilary and Clinton (John Golden Theatre, NY), The Crucible (Theatre Basel, Switzerland), Shakespeare’s Last Play (Schaubühne, Berlin), Hamilton Complex (Schauspielhaus, Germany); De Maiden (Toneelgroep Amsterdam); Circle Mirror Transformation (Royal Court Theatre); Het Hamilton Complex (Hetpaleis Antwerp and Lift Festival); The Gatekeeper (Manchester Royal Exchange); Everything Must Go! and This Wide Night (Soho Theatre)... Opera credits include: The Handmaid’s Tale (Royal Danish Opera), Pelleas & Melisande (Festival d’Aix, Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa); Ariadne auf Naxos (Festival d’Aix, Finnish National Opera).
