Short Bio
Designer and Manager of Open Design School and I-Dea, the two pillar projects of Matera 2019, European Capital of Culture. The Open design school is a design laboratory, pivotal for the implementation and success of the ECoC year. It is an horizontal platform where everybody teaches and everybody learns, in an atmosphere of mutual enrichment. It is based on a peer-to-peer approach and on the DIY methodology, considering the making phase as crucial for the success of a project.The Open Design School realized most of the infrastructures of Matera 2019's events and cultural productions. For Opera she design and co-create SILENT CITY a community opera for the Official project of Matera2019
