The Manchester International Festival will continue through MIFLIVE, a free online programme for audiences at home, featuring much-loved shows from the archives, artists talks, and new work from Manchester artists.In the section "Viewpoints", they initiate a reflexion on the arts through the themes and work featured in the festival through interviews, articles to podcasts and immersive content.
Rambert (United Kingdom)
Rambert has launched Rambert Home Studio, offering inspiring online classes on a pay-what-you-can basis for everyone, whatever your age or level. Classes are taught by dancers from Rambert’s diverse, talented ensemble and leading international teachers.
Classes for adults include contemporary, ballet and body conditioning, as well as Rambert’s Mercury Movers for ages 60+ in a fit-to-do at home format. Curated by Rambert’s Artistic Director Benoit Swan Pouffer, the professional class series brings the expertise of international dance artists to the professional community.
Classes for children range from Little (2yo+) and Young (6yo+) Movers through to a special technique class for GCSE students, supporting the dance studies of teenagers aged 14 - 16.
