The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma (Rome Opera House) is the national opera house of the Italian Capital city: Rome. The Orchestra, the Choir and the Ballet company are based at Teatro Costanzi (1880) and the summer festival takes place at the Bath of Caracalla, an archeological site in the city center.
The 2023/24 Season, "Sconfinamenti" presents operas, concerts and ballets at Teatro Costanzi. International productions, renowed directors, conductors and choreoghraphers will be the protagonist of the Season, including the summer season's Festival at the Bath of Caracalla.
Supporting the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is important. It means being not just spectators, but protagonists of the cultural life of the country. It means contributing directly to the diffusion of opera and dance in Italy and around the world. It means making your own personal contribution to the success of a theatre, which has written important pages in the history of opera and ballet.
“Fabbrica” is the Young Artist Program of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, a unique opportunity is presented for Italian and foreign talents whom have completed their training at conservatories and academies, and are ready to embark on an international career.
